Job Description:

• Chat/Web-Chat Associate.
• Analyst utilizing hands-on Customer Engagement.
• Solving Queries over Web-chat process within the given time span.
• Cab Facility provided if living in transport boundary (both ways).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers can also apply.
• 6 months+experience in web chat with excellent command over English.
• Good typing speed of over 25 WPM and 90% accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).
• The candidate has to be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes.
• Willing to work in shifts (24×7).
• Work from Office.
• Immediate Joiners Only.

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer engagement over live chats.
• Identify and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Find alternate solutions by researching and exploring information using available resources.
