Job Description:

• Responsible for solving customer queries through calls.
• Will be aligned to take 80-100 calls per day.
• Should be flexible working in shifts and rotational off.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresher: Trainee Customer Support Officer – Level-1 Graduate Freshers and experienced.
• Undergraduates (10+2 / 10+2+Diploma) Experienced: Customer Support Officer-Level-2.
• Undergraduates (10+2 / 10+2+Diploma) with minimum 6 months experience in Customer Support.
• Excellent Communication skills Immediate Joining Excellent Verbal / Written skills
• Candidates flexible working in shifts
• Note: BE/BTech, MCA, MTech, BSc (IT/CS) and MBA are not eligible for this profile.
