Job Description:

• We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Back Office Operations team.
• This role demands a strong customer-focused mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality service while adhering to operational standards.
• The ideal candidate should be adaptable, process-driven, and capable of working in a dynamic environment with strict performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and timely processing of back-office transactions in accordance with predefined business processes.
• Maintain a strong customer-focused approach while handling operational tasks.
• Ensure 100% adherence to process guidelines, SLAs, and schedules.
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators, including:
• Productivity.
• Accuracy.
• Product/Process Knowledge.
• Schedule Adherence.
• Stay updated with client products, services, and process changes.
• Collaborate effectively within team environments to achieve operational goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Graduate/Postgraduate degree (preferably Commerce/ BCom/BBA/ MBA/MCom, etc.).
• Freshers or candidates with relevant back-office or operations experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strictly no BE/B.Tech.

Technical & Functional Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
• Ability to clearly understand, interpret, and respond to written instructions and client requests.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder interaction skills.
• Typing speed of minimum 30 WPM with 95% accuracy (as per standardized test).
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel (basic level required).
• Good understanding of operational workflows and process adherence.
• Ability to multitask and manage high-volume, repetitive tasks efficiently.
