Job Responsibilities:

• Learning the Product in depth (functional).
• Analyzing functional cases and providing quality resolution in accordance with agreed customer metrics.
• Having a fair and controlled backlog ensuring outstanding cases are followed through to their logical end.
• Working as part of a team to resolve client issues affecting the product
• Engaging with our internal and external customers to resolve issues
• Engaging with peers in other product groups to resolve issues that span multiple products
• Identifying potential Professional Services or Product Sales opportunities arising from customer calls.
• Ensure that these are passed on to the appropriate groups for action in order to drive increased revenue.
• Conveying customer feedback to management.
• Striving to improve product and service quality and client satisfaction.
• Submitting accurate timesheets within prescribed deadlines.
• Ensuring data capture quality at case and account level in Salesforce
• Adhering to internal policies and procedures.
• Respecting and Promote the visions and values of Misys
• Undertaking any other task assigned by your line manager.
• Working closely with other functions, underlining the quality issues, sharing constructive customer feedback and suggesting ways for improvement.
• Providing accurate and complete information to the R&D team, where required, enabling them to fix the software without delay.
• Maintaining up to date information on problem resolution in Sales force and keep customer and Team Lead up to date on resolution status.
• Creating new solutions to enhance the Knowledge database ensuring a faster service to the customers in the future.
• Documenting known issues and solutions and ensure adequate internal communication of problem resolutions.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Treasury & Capital Markets and Derivatives Domain will be an advantage
• Should have a basic knowledge of foreign exchange and derivative banking operations
• Should have a basic understanding of accounting concepts
• Should be very good at analytical and problem solving skills.
• Any certifications will be a plus.
• Mandatory Soft Skills: The role reports into the Team Lead in Bangalore.
