  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work in US Time Zone (Cab will be provided)

Job Description:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Understanding of Client Landscape, Client Organization, Pain points etc.
  • Use an appropriate elevator pitch to enter an account and identify the right contact in every account.
  • Ask the right questions on outsourcing landscape, uncover any immediate or upcoming business opportunities.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects within the assigned territory.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Speedily go through gate keepers via relationship building skills, get a buy-in from multiple decision makers for an audience within a sales representative.
