• As a GP Program Analyst Intern, you will support a cross-functional team in developing advanced solutions and predictive models to enhance decision-making speed and deliver significant value across procurement.
• You will assist various roles and teams across the enterprise in designing and implementing solutions to extract data and insights from the Global Procurement team and partnering organizations, including Smart Manufacturing, IT, Master Data, Data Governance, and Data Scientists.
• You will collaborate with these teams and escalate issues when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Currently Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, and graduating after August 2025.
• Strong interest in Program/Project Management and/or Business Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Evaluation and Improvement

• Support the analysis and assessment of programs to identify strengths, weakness and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Draft new or revised policies and procedures to optimize program operations.
• Ensure all changes in programs and outcomes are well documented.

Data Analysis

• Use statistical techniques to uncover trends, insights for informed decision making.
• Gather and analyze data necessary for the successful implementation of program/project assigned.

Business Partnering

• Work closely with program managers, staff and other stakeholder to define program goals and objectives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
