Job Description:
- Micro Focus is hiring for College Intern (Dev) – Bangalore Location.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 71% Aggregate in all semesters or 7.5 out of 10 CGPA minimum.
Job Responsibilities:
The job requires an individual who can understand business requirements, assess the fitment with current and emerging technologies, and work within a team to provide effective results. Such individuals will possess great problem solving and analytical skills. As a member of the R&D team, you will:
- Work on one of the broad domains such as big data, identity management, enterprise content management, endpoint management, cloud monitoring and provisioning, analytics, network monitoring, data center operations and automation, container and virtualization technologies, application and system monitoring, Information Management and data protection.
- Develop software and maintain existing products for worldwide enterprise customers of Micro Focus Software.
- Contribute towards every step of product development including development, unit testing, functional testing and documentation aligning with the agile software development methodology and practices.
- Contribute towards innovation and research in new technologies including open source.
- Collaborate with others in R&D teams, consult and work on roadmap items.
- Maintain an eye towards product quality and implement industry best practices.
- Develop domain and programming skills to address the product suite requirements.
- Focus on simplicity, enterprise readiness and usability while designing and developing new features.
