Qualification: BE/BTech/ME/MTech (Computer Science/ECE/EEE/Embedded Systems), BSc (Computer Science)

Eligibility Criteria:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in software development or Testing or software technical documentation.
• Experience developing software in a regulated industry such as medical, aerospace, defense, nuclear, etc. preferred
• Experience in using Polarion/Doors tool preferred
• Good programming skills in C/C++.
• Good debugging skills.
• Good Technical document writing skills, good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to learn new software tools quickly.
• Knowledge on software development lifecycle/Software test life cycle- preferable.
• Able to effectively work with cross functional teams in a multinational matrix organization.
• Good concept of Software/ Firmware/ Application design in embedded software development preferred.
• Basic knowledge on common interface / bus like USB, UART, I2C, SPI  is preferred.
• Knowledge of port programming in microcontroller/Microprocessor is preferred.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills required.
• Good attitude and team player.
• Knowledge on Software Tools such as Polarion, JIRA, Bugzilla, Assembla, DOORS or Requisite Pro, IBM CHANGE, Rational Synergy etc preferred.
• Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of standards and guidance’s relevant to the medical device industry preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Porting existing software development documents in the configuration management tool.
• Establish traceability between software requirement and test cases, generate requirement/traceability matrix.
• Create test cases in the configuration management tool.
• Executes automated tests and generate reports to summarize the result of unit/integration testing.
• Generate Static Analysis Reports, Analyze issues and provide solutions.
• Logs defects in the software change control system.
• Develops documentation test tools and solutions to support configuration management.
• Develops and writes requirement specifications for unit / integration test development work activities.
• Provides written reports and engineering documentation as necessary.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Follows all safety procedures.
• Develops automated unit and integration test suites, and ensure desired level of test coverage has been achieved.
• Create new software development documents in the configuration management tool working closely with Software development and testing team, get the documents approved and released.
