Eligibility Criteria:

  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • MS SQL is mandate.
  • Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Male candidates need only apply.
  • Fast Learner with excellent analytical and problem solving skills required.
  • Must be ready to give us a commitment of 2 years.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer/client inquiries relating to issues in the software on daily basis.
    Successfully understand client issues, conduct any necessary technical research (database queries, traces, debug, etc)
  • Diagnose and resolve technical software issues by checking with Tech-Lead and other members.
  • Provide an effective and efficient client response service.
  • Responsible to take timely backups and work closely with the production team.
  • Liaison between the testing /development /client leads for providing support in project deployment.
  • Potential to provide technical assistance during new installations on-site.
  • Handle huge database of clients using SQL server and patch deployment.
  • Responsible for analysing technical and functional issues and then escalating / communicating appropriately with other internal teams.
  • Takes ownership and responsibility of cases while escalating whenever appropriate and follow up till closure of issues
