Job Description:

• Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) is hiring for Engagement of Sales & Service Associate (Apprentice).
• Job Locations: Kadapa/Cuddapah, Guntur, Tirupati (Andhra Pradesh), Hyderabad – Ameerpet (Telangana), Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Tiruchirapalli/Trichy (Tamil Nadu), Bangalore/Bengaluru.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist and educate the customers to use our digital / technology products.
• Be conversant with various products / platforms available in the bank.
• Resolve any issues that may arise while using the digital products.
• Assist customers by demonstrating the use of our digital applications, products and service.
• Handling Customer queries and supporting the branch.
• Other duties as assigned by the Branch Head.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation in any discipline and regular stream. (from any of the recognized university).
• Only fresh 2023 and 2022 batch UG candidates can apply.
• 2023 passed out candidates with consistent 50% and above marks.
• Should be conversant in at least one of the Local language as per the work location.
• Should have working knowledge in English.

Perks and Benefits:

• The selected candidates will be engaged on Apprenticeship basis and will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs.15000/- only for a period of 1 year.
