Job Description:
- We have an immediate requirement for Associate/Senior Associate within our Customer experience Business Unit hence your application is invited should you want to be a part of leader in BPM industry.
- Please note the requirement is in a pilot project whereby an incumbent will be required to work in night shifts with rotational off’s.
- An exceptional communication skill and problem solving skills are must to have for proposed role.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and technical skills.
- Typing Speed: A typing speed of 30 to 40 words per minute (may be required).
- Other: Willingness to learn, adaptability, and a customer-focused attitude.
Customer Interaction:
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests via various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Providing information, resolving issues, and seeking further information to address customer needs.
- Handling both inbound and outbound activities, depending on the demand and workflow.
- Empathizing with customers and understanding their needs.
Problem Solving:
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Providing solutions for basic problems and taking ownership of issues.
Communication:
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with customers.
- Using strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

- Processing calls, emails, and chat interactions.
