Job Description:

• Infosys BPM Walkin Drive For Only Commerce Freshers for Taxation – Voice Process from Batch 2022 to 2024 (No BE/BTech/BCA/MCA/BSc)” at Bangalore.
• Role: TaxationVoice Process.
• Designation: Process Executive.
• Shifts: Day Shift.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners only
• Work Location: Bangalore/Mysore.

Eligibility Criteria:

• BCOM/BBA/MBA/MCOM – Only these graduates are eligible for Interview.
• Any graduates without computer science background.
• Commerce Background only.
• Passed out in the year 2023 & 2024 (with all mandatory education documents are eligible).
• Good communication skills, willingness to work in Night shift.
• We need immediate joiners only.
• English and Hindi mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills English and Hindi mandatory.
• Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.
• Following the company/client processes accurately and efficiently.
• Flexible with shifts and working hours.
• Must be a good team player.
• Good problem – solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
• Open to work in 24/7 and work from office environment.
• Analytical problem solvers who will understand issues and to resolve customer issues.
• Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently.
• Being proactive and show the utmost respect for customers time.
• Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any Graduate – Additional certifications in customer service/upskilling.

Must Adhere and Non-Negotiables:

• Excellent in communication
• Need to work on US shift timings.
• Need to complete specific and dedicated training programs set by the client.
• 24/7, Flexible Dhifts.
• 100% WFO, No Hybrid.

Interview Information:

• Reporting Time: 9:30 AM till 11:00 AM.
• Round 1 – Aptitude Assessment (10:00 AM to 12:00 PM).
• Round 2 – Ops Screening Face to Face interview (12:30 PM to 04:00 PM).
• Post 11:30 AM (Entry not allowed).
