Job Description:

• Infinite Computer Solutions Freshers Recruitment For Service Desk Associate – Bangalore, Vizag.
• Shift: Rotational (Night Shift).
• Working Days: 5 days a week.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students graduating in 2022/2023/2024.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for user technical assistance.
• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
• Create and manage support tickets with accurate documentation.
• Provide guidance on IT procedures and best practices.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams.
• Assist with IT equipment setup, configuration, and installation.
• Follow up with users to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality customer service.

Job Onboarding Phases:

• Phase 1: Paid Probationary Period (21K for 3 months).
• Phase 2: Post Probationary period, Full-Time Role as Associate Support Engineer (CTC between 3.5 to 4.5 LPA based on qualifications).

Note:

• Service Bond:  2 year (If broken 2 Lakh Penalty).
