Job Description:
- Provide technical support for network issues via phone calls, email, webex and CRM.
- Troubleshoot issues, verify in lab environment, restore network services with confirmed resolutions, and update with the results.
- Issues recreation in network lab, defect creation and verification.
- Communicate internally with developers, QA and field engineers.
- Update issues in timely/kindly manner .
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor degree above in Computer Science or Engineering discipline.
- Minimum Marks 70% Graduation in 2020.
- Minimum Marks in 10th, 12th: 70%.
- Should have of relevant experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills, able to use English to communicate with worldwide peers.
- Good to have Certification: CCNA or CCNA Security.
- Experience/Knowledge on Load balancer.
- Tool: Any Incident Management Tool.
- Solid understanding TCP/IP protocols in depth, familiar with protocols of VLAN, Routing and Forwarding, TCP, UDP, SSL, HTTP, DNS and etc.
