Job Description:
Graduate Trainee – ServiceNow Engineer

- IG Infotech is looking for a ServiceNow Engineer who is friendly and easy to work with, a great team player, positive.

Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechnical/Computer science/Information science any stream with CGPA of 7.0 and above throughout the academics in 2020/2021 with no backlogs.
- A strong English-language communicator (B2 level preferably).
Job Responsibilities:
- Development of a IT tool, ServiceNow.
- Understand ITIL concepts.
- ITIL modules enhancement and development.
- 3rd Party Integration using WebServices.
- Scripting in frontend and backend, both using JavaScript.
- Understand and follow SDLC lifecycle.
- Documentation Administration of IT Tool, ServiceNow.
- Users, Roles and Groups management.
- Upgrade of the tool.
- 3rd party integration support, like JIRA, PagerDuty, Workday, etc.
Essential Skills:
- Good knowledge HTML, CSS ,SQL, C and JavaScript.
- Good communication skills.
- Good Analytical skill.
- Good time management skills.
- Flexible in working hours (No night shifts).
- Passion for development and willingness to explore tool.
- Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Test Lifecycle.
Work time and Work location:
- Domlur, Bengaluru.
- 5 days/week.
- 9.5h/day.
Interview Process:
- The assessment, followed up with 2 rounds of technical interviews.
