Job Description:
- We are currently seeking a Process Associate to join our team in Gurgaon Location.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers are eligible.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Comfortable working in 24×7/Rotational shifts.
- Extensive knowledge is required on Dispute Management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate all accounting activities associated with the General Ledger particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash and bank, indirect tax and accruals.
- Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost and profitability and propose appropriate actions.
- Ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLA) and timelines are met.
- Need to coordinate directly with clients to get the requirements and to implement.
