Job Description:

• We are currently seeking a Process Associate to join our team in Gurgaon Location.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers are eligible.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Comfortable working in 24×7/Rotational shifts.
• Extensive knowledge is required on Dispute Management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Multi-tasking abilities.
• Patience when handling tough cases.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate all accounting activities associated with the General Ledger particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash and bank, indirect tax and accruals.
• Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost and profitability and propose appropriate actions.
• Ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLA) and timelines are met.
• Need to coordinate directly with clients to get the requirements and to implement.
