Job Description:
- IBM Fresher Hiring Process Associate (Healthcare) in Gurgaon Location.
- Designation: Process Associate Finance and Administration Delivery.
- Expected Notice Period: Immediate Joiner.
- Shift Timing: US Shift.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates in any stream with good communication (written and verbal).
- Fresher (without prior experience).
Role & Responsibilities:
- Should have healthcare domain basis knowledge.
- Patient/Payor Authorization knowledge/experience will be preferred.
- Ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLA) and timelines are met.
- Understanding of healthcare domain.
- Ability to handle queries through calls and Email follow-ups.
- Willingness to perform job role in shifts as required.
- Good Communication Skills with fluency.
- Ability to work under pressure situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
