Job Description:

• IBM Fresher Hiring Process Associate (Healthcare) in Gurgaon Location.
• Designation: Process Associate Finance and Administration Delivery.
• Expected Notice Period: Immediate Joiner.
• Shift Timing: US Shift.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates in any stream with good communication (written and verbal).
• Fresher (without prior experience).

Role & Responsibilities:

• Should have healthcare domain basis knowledge.
• Patient/Payor Authorization knowledge/experience will be preferred.
• Ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLA) and timelines are met.
• Understanding of healthcare domain.
• Ability to handle queries through calls and Email follow-ups.
• Willingness to perform job role in shifts as required.
• Good Communication Skills with fluency.
• Ability to work under pressure situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
