Job Description:
- ControlM Testing Support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and support UAT test cycles through Control-M.
- Monitor UAT environment and applications and provide level 1 support to ensure service availability.
- Preparing test cases, uploading test results in QC and RTC.
- Prepare schedule for UAT cycles.
- Calender set up in ControlM.
- Providing frequent testing cycle updates to Business.
- Uploading schedule.
- Schedule changes for Monthly release.
- Incoporating changes in CTM schedule.
- CTM old schedules cleanup – Monthly once atleast.
- Support User Incidents.
