Eligibility Criteria:

• 60% and above marks (Or) Equivalent Grade with no arrears in 10th, 12th, UG, PG.
• No backlogs.
• BE, BTech, MBA, MCA graduates are Not eligible.
• Bachelors in distance education and Diploma candidates will not be considered.
• Minimum 15 years of regular graduation is mandate.
• Should be willing to work in complete night shifts.

Job Description:

• The purpose of the job is provide seamless sales enablement support to HPE Sales Representatives for Quotes, Order Bookings and Warranty / Contract Registration etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Acts as a Point of Contact for any prioritization of requests and create & maintain strong relationships with Country / Sub-Region Sales and Channel Partners team.
• Recognize the impact of order management processes on HPE’s orders and manage interactions with Sales in a way that maximizes customer satisfaction and communicate appropriately with other functions involved in the support administration process.
• Responsible for DOR order handling, Stat Order Booking, Active Informal Booking, Order Record Retention and Acknowledge Order Booking.
• Perform workload forecasting & planning in partnership with assigned Country / Sub-Region Sales and Channel Partners team.
• Provide ongoing resource and capacity planning to meet operational requirements.
• Performs quality check for the cases and responsible for driving corrective actions.
• Resolve any business decision needed request from processing team.
• Resolve operational escalations relating to poor metrics and reduce internal / external customer complaints.
• Analyze Order Acceptance Requirements.
• Complete Order Acceptance Checklist.
• Check Revenue Recognition Checklist.
• Analyze Order Recognition Requirements.
• Validate SMC codes, Stat Entry Requirements and Informal Contract Requirements
• Overall responsibility for month-end close activities.
• Adherence to all policy and audit requirements.
• Adherence to compliance, standard process and procedures at all times.
