Job Responsibilities:
- Identify members concern.
- Follow-up in core systems to find basic info like the Date of service.
- Follow-up with provider to ensure timely response. All of this communication is via e-mail.
- Phone call may be needed to follow-up with the member; however, this is rare/low percentage of the case volume.
