Job Description:

• HCL Tech is Hiring Freshers For Process Associate (Voice & Non Voice Process).
• Work Location: Chennai.

Overview of the Role:

• The Process Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer operations within the Order-to-Cash domain.
• This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through email and chat channels, maintaining data accuracy, and driving process improvements.
• The role directly contributes to operational efficiency and enhances client satisfaction, supporting the company’s objective to deliver world-class solutions and services.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
• Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in any discipline is preferred – Arts & Science.
• No BTECH, IT, MCA, BE are not eligible to apply.

Must Have:

• Arts & Science, Candidate should be fresher 2024 or 2025 Passed out.
• MBA, MA, MSC 2026 (Candidates can be able to join with in March only can Apply).
