• Experience in using Social Media sites.
• Should be well versed in handling Social Sites.
• Should be comfortable for Night Shifts.
• Need Immediate Joiners.

Job Description:

• To answer enquiries on chat in a polite and professional manner.
• Should be able to use Social Media efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Complete call& transaction logs.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Capture customer data accurately and input it to a CRM/DB platform.
• Work Location: HCL Greams Road, Chennai
