Job Description:
- HCL Technologies – DPO is hiring for the role of Engineer Product Support.
- Work location: Kondapur, Hyderabad.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2019 / 2020 Passed out (No Backlogs)) / Experienced candidate are also eligible.
- Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS and JS.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be willing to work at Night Shift.
- We prefer candidates from kondapur location or candidates who are willing to relocate to Kondapur.
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver Account receivable, Trial balance and close journal entry deliverables including but not limited to
- To clearly understand client requirements, instructions and specifications.
- To analyze existing designs or layouts or templates of the products from the database and utilize the designs created for the clients.
- To create and deploy new embedded links in specified mail templates as per clients and ensure that all media features function accurately in various email platforms.
- To create or manage links and upload the media contents in correct location points of the clients’ project portals so that project developments can be viewed and reviewed.
- To ensure that all targets are achieved in the agreed timelines and adhere to the set quality norms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Ad Serving issues for high-end clientele.
- Provide e-mail and chat support for issues raised by publishers.
- Issues can be related to ad serving/ reporting/ ad delivery/ page implementation /creative development.
- Work along with publishers on accounts to enable features and to resolve UI related issues.
