Job Description:

• Genpact Walk-In Drive For Content Moderation roles (Hindi+English) – Hyderabad.
• Shift: Flexible with any shift.
• Work Location: Hyderabad (Only work from office).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate (Except law) is eligible.
• Work Experience: Freshers/Experience upto 3 years.
• Candidate should be able to speak/read and understand both Hindi and English languages.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality.
• Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines.
• Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely.
• Provide insights to help improve the support to the users.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
• This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature.
