Job Description:

• Genpact Mega virtual drive for Freshers for Customer Service: Non-Voice Roles (English).
• Shifts: Flexible with any shift.
• Work Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office).
• We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Any Graduate (Except Law).
• Freshers are eligible
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills.
• Analytical skills with customer centric approach.
• You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift).

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality.
• Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines.
• Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely.
• Provide insights to help improve the support to the users.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
• This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature.
