Job Description:

• Genpact Virtual Drive For Customer Service – Voice Roles (English & Hindi) – Hyderabad.
• Languages Known: Hindi+English.
• Shifts: Flexible with any shift.
• Work Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate (Any Discipline except law).
• We are not considering undergraduates/result awaited candidates/pursuing candidates for these roles.
• Freshers are also eligible.
• Candidates with previous exp (1-2 years) in voice/non voice process can also appear for interview.
• Candidate should be able to Read/speak/comprehend in Hindi and English languages.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries and customers concern.
• Provide support for data collection to enable recovery of the account for end user.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies.
• Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
