Job Description:

• Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Process Associate (Service Desk).

Job Responsibilities:

• Take Chats and assists end users
• Update Log notes in ticketing tool.
• Resolve ticket after selecting relevant resolution categories in ticketing tool.
• Troubleshooting issues related to Hardware, OS, Standard Office Suite and Browsers.
• Hardware support to Desktops, Laptops, Mobile phone First level support to Printers,
• Application troubleshooting, Basic knowledge on how to troubleshoot mobile devices.
• Ability to Multitask.
• Use of soft skills – Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role.
• In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
