• Genpact is inviting applications for the role of  Management Trainee (MT), Recruitment, In this role you will be part of the Hyderabad recruitment  team and drive delivery channels for timely delivery.
• Candidate is required to plan and strategize sourcing and manage Sourcing to Onboarding journey of candidates.

 Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate (Any Stream).
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Excellent in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent People Management Skills & Stakeholder management skills.
• Possess good time management, leadership and analytical skills.
• Open to 6 days work (based on business requirements).
• Should be flexible and have the ability to plan effectively.
