Job Description:

• Firstsource is Hiring For International Voice Process.
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly.
• Provide accurate product or service information.
• Maintain quality standards and achieve performance targets.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome (if applicable).
• B.E ,B.Tech,B.Sc,Post-Graduation Freshers are not eligible.
• Fluent English communication is mandatory (excellent speaking, reading, and listening skills).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with international customers.
• Good computer knowledge and basic typing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts, if required.
