Job Description:

• Firstsource Immediate Hiring for Customer Service Associates (CSA) & Senior Customer Service Associates (Sr. CSA).
• Division: Technical.
• Process: International Voice (Sales/Retention).
• Shift: Rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
• Transport: 1 way cab facility (other way shuttle service).

Minimum Eligibility:

• Any undergraduate.
• Freshers are eligible.
• Minimum 10+2.

Looking For:

• Candidate with Excellent verbal communication skills and English fluency.
• Freshers with excellent communication only are eligible.
• Experience with min 6 months into International voice are preferred more.
• 10+2 eligible.
• Immediate joiner.
• Ready to work from office.
• Location within 20kms from office.
