Job Description:

• Firstsource is Hiring for Chat Support.
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of banking concepts and financial services.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Good typing speed and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including nights, if required).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries via live chat for international banking clients.
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, transactions, and general banking services.
• Provide accurate information regarding products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and digital banking.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions (where applicable).
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and banking regulations.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately in internal systems.
• Meet performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality scores.
