Job Description:

• EY is hiring for HR Fresher: Learning & Development Team EY India.
• This position is responsible for managing Onboarding app Navigator for India users.
• Primarily responsible to manage the project phase 2 and 3 Implementation, communication with the external vendor.
• Will also support users in order to resolve their issue regarding Navigator query.
  This role also requires managing training to learning admins on Navigator Onboarding app processes.
• Individual should be able to manage large amount of data and analyse the onboarding compliance.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills – the ability to set priorities, manage time and juggle competing priorities.
• Strong project coordination skills – the ability to work collaboratively with the stakeholders.
• Influencing and communication skills work effectively with Executive and Region learning deployment teams.
• Strong knowledge on MS Excel, PowerBi.
• Understanding of project management basic principle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with External vendor and manage project seamlessly.
• Will support deployment learning colleagues in deploying Navigator processes.
• Manage India users queries with respect to Navigator Onboarding learning related issues.
• Assign/deactivate Learning to required users as per the revised learning journey.
• Develop communication and branding collaterals for the Navigator app.
• Will be managing Navigator Onboarding compliance dashboard.
• Audit Onboarding journey in the Navigator and able to provide the recommendations to fix the gaps.
