Job Description:

• EY is hiring for HR Recruitment Internship.
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or a Post Graduate qualification in HR or Diploma in Human Resources.
• Freshers or 0-6 months of sourcing or recruitment knowledge or experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and attract top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India), by creating innovative strategies to locate niche skills and talent.
• Define and set the sourcing plans with the help of Senior sourcers and leads for specific service lines based on the open requisition received from the recruitment team.
• Ensure that sourcing processes are effective, recommend and implement process improvements.
• Manage the companys image in the marketplace.
• Candidate management.
• Working different ERP tools.
