Job Description:

• eNTrust is Conducting Walk in for Under Graduates (BCom/BA/BCA/BSc/BBM/BBA) – 2024 & 2025 Passed outs only.
• Role: Lease Abstraction.
• Employment Mode: Permanent.
• Work Location: DLF/Raheja Towers.

Salary:

• Rs. 2.46 Lakhs/Annum (Including PF, ESI & Gratuity).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Abstracting the Key information from the Lease Agreements and populating it into the client’s Application Software.
• Abstracting the critical data from the Multi-lingual Lease Documents and entering into the Lease Abstract Form.
• Analyzing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance, and other Expense Recoveries.
• Translating the lease documents from native language to known common language.

Important skills required for the job holder:

• Very good written English communication.
• Analytical and logical skills.
• Attention to detail.

Interview Process:

• Written Test (Aptitude & Written English Test).
• One to One discussion (First Level).
• One-to-One Interview (Second Level).
• Only written test will happen in the walk-in, Remaining Interviews will happen virtually.
