Job Description:

• eNTrust is Conducting Walk in for Under Graduates (BCom/BA/BCA/BSc/BBM/BBA) – 2025 Passed outs only.
• Role: Lease Abstraction.
• Shift: Internship & Training – 8 AM to 5 PM, Work Shift Timings – General Shift (9 AM to 6 PM).
• Employment Mode: Permanent.
• Work Location: DLF – Ramapuram, Chennai & Raheja Towers – Anna Salai, Chennai (Should be flexible with both locations).

Salary:

• Rs. 2.46 Lakhs/Annum (Including PF, ESI & Gratuity).
• Take Home: Rs. 16,000/Month.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Abstracting the Key information from the Lease Agreements and populating it into the client’s Application Software.
• Abstracting the critical data from the Multi-lingual Lease Documents and entering into the Lease Abstract Form.
• Analyzing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance, and other Expense Recoveries.
• Desk Top Audit/Expense Reconciliation / Recovery Analysis for CAM, Taxes & amp Insurance and present the Audit Findings to the Management Team.

Important skills required for the job holder:

• Very good written English communication.
• Analytical and logical skills.
• Attention to detail.

• Written Test (Aptitude & Written English Test).
• One to One discussion (First Level).
• One-to-One Interview (Second Level).
