Job Description:
- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our HR team.
- This internship will provide valuable, hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for human resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Duration: 6 Months Full-time Internship.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Full-Time Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive.
- Solid understanding of basic HR principles or Recruitment Lifecycle and practices is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with social media recruiting platforms is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and assist in interview scheduling.
- Prepare and distribute interview materials.
- Assist in conducting reference checks and background checks for potential candidates.
- Update and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
- Participate in career fairs and campus recruitment events as needed.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
