Job Description:

• Deloitte is hiring for Accounts Payable Specialist (FinOps AR Junior Associate) – Hyderabad, Chennai.
• ORDER TO CASH will be primarily responsible for performing accounts receivable activities such as Cash Application, Adjustments, Deduction management, Dispute management, Customer interaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• BCom/BBA or Similar 3 year Graduate Course.
• Total experience of 0 to 1 year in AR function.
• Any Certification on Oracle/SAP (Not a must).
• Basic knowledge on MS Excel.
• Good understanding of the AR process.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in any shift including night shift.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understands process workflow/steps and executes process level transactions using ERP systems/digital tools.
• Ensures that individual productivity targets are met.
• Maintains master data for data entry and highlight any concerns in master data management.
• Initial point of interaction for identifying root cause analysis.
• Resolves queries (internal and external) related to process transactions within defined turnaround time.
• Highlight any process steps which are taking more than designated time frequently.
• Assist new AAs in understanding the process nuances.
• Documents any process exceptions.
• Undergo trainings to strengthen expertise in functional process domain, Lean Sig Sigma, process documentation/SIPOC, and Deloitte’s tools & accelerators.
• Provide support for operational excellence initiatives by demonstrating process.
