Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher with Training in Dot Net (or) 0-2 years experience in web development which includes ASP. NET (3. 5 / 4), ASP. NET MVC (3. 0 / 4. 0), HTML, HTML 5, CSS.
- Knowledge in C# as development language, . NET framework concepts and implementation and OOPs concepts.
- Knowledge of SQL Server (includes working with DML, DDL, Stored procedures).
- Good analytical skills to understand the requirements and develop / implement solutions.
- Good knowledge or working experience in Agile projects.
- Strong trouble shooting skills to resolve the technical skills.
- Good in writing automated unit testing code.
- Self-starter, proactive, approachable, solution oriented, team player.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining, enhancing and developing and supporting applications and technology solutions.
- Responsible for ensuring that all applications development efforts meet and or exceed client expectations.
- Applications should meet requirements of scope, functionality, time, and adhere to all defined and agreed upon standards.
- Becomes intimately familiar with all assigned application and technology functionality.
- Becomes intimately familiar with all development tools, testing tools, methodologies, and processes.
- Becomes intimately familiar the project management methodology and processes.
- Encourages collaborative efforts and camaraderie with on-shore and off-shore team members.
- Demonstrates a strong working understanding of industry best standards in software development and version controlling.
- Ensures the quality and low bug rates of code released into production.
- Will assist the Technical Lead with project team duties as required Works as a senior team member under the direction of the Application Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Able to work on Agile projects, participating in daily SCRUM calls and providing task updates.
