Eligibility Criteria:

• Any stream graduates are eligible.
• Any Undergraduates (10+2) with at least 12 months international calling experience / 24 months domestic calling experience are eligible.
• Should have an excellent communication skills.
• Should be open to work in rotational / night shifts in a 24×7 environment.

Job Description:

• Responsible for providing diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products.
• Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
• Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting services.
• Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.
• Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
• Both side transport facility available.
