Eligibility Criteria:
- Basic understanding in any of the 5 operating systems (Linux, Mac, Windows, Chrome and Android) with basic OS troubleshooting techniques and documented escalation procedures.
- Basic understanding in Networking and Network troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills.
- Good Analytical & Cognitive skills.
