Eligibility Criteria:
- Knowledge of Basic Networking concepts such as OSI Layers/ TCP/IP protocall Suite
- Understanding of IP addressing and sub netting.
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP.
Job Description:
- Troubleshoot all Level 1 calls from the customers.
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
- Timely escalation and handoff of Critical/Irate customer to L2
- Document all communication with customers in the CRM.
- Contribute to the knowledge base/ Tech Forum.
- Notify/Discuss with TL/Manager on Tickets that require assistance.
