Job Description:
- Conduent Business Services is hiring for a SQL Business Analyst (Fresher hiring).
- Overall 0-1 years of experience.
- Document and understand process and product information to provide decision support to domain and technology.
- Responsible for analyzing and understanding of business and functional requirements.
- Translating complex business needs and requirements in detail and be able to translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Writes business specifications and forward to technical staff for system development.
- Worked closely with developers and end users to ensure technical and functional compatibility.
- Conducting detailed gap analysis of a product versus the requirements and doing Impact Analysis.
- Responsible for coordinating the production move process with respect to generic components of the product.
- Prepare release notes for new changes/enhancement done in the system.
- Responsible for carrying out the work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Understanding of Project Life Cycle and STLC.
- Strong team player.
- Manage stakeholder communication (internal/external).
Desired Skills:
- MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Understanding of database/SQL Query Writing.
