Job Description:

• Conduent is hiring for Data Entry Associate.
• 6months – Direct contract.
• Rotational Shift/Rotational Off is mandatory.
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate Degree.
• Proficient in data entry.
• Strong customer service/communication skills.
• High typing speed (22 words and above) with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict processing deadlines.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Data Input: Accurately input text-based and numerical information from source documents into company databases or spreadsheets.
• Verification: Review source documents for accuracy and correct any errors prior to data entry to ensure data integrity.
• Record Management: Organize, update, and manage digital and physical files to allow for easy retrieval.
• Quality Assurance: Regularly cross-check data to resolve discrepancies and ensure information is consistent across departments.
• Report Generation: Compile and format data to prepare routine reports and summaries as requested by management.
• Data Security: Follow all company data confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive business and customer information.
