Job Description:
- Monitor alerts, report performance related issues like high CPU,disk,memory utilization, event management.
- Incident communication, notification and management for all incidents.
- Pro-active monitoring and reporting of critical application job failures to avoid SLA misses.
- Coordination with application and infrastructure support teams on open incidents and service requests.
- Monitoring of critical elements for applications and infrastructure servers and sensitizing the support groups on persistent alerts.
- Ticket logging on the basis of priority of issues.
- Monitoring change requests/ tasks/ work orders and ensuring follow up till closure.
- Service reporting on open incidents and service requests.
- Possess excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written).
- Must be proficient in English.
- Flexible to work in demanding 24/7 environment.
- Other duties as required.
