- Shift Timings: Australian/UK – Rotational.
- Joining: Immediate.
- Work Location: Concentrix on the Bannerghatta Main Road, Bangalore.
Job Description:
Must have:
- Fresher or Experienced.
- Prefer Minimum 6 months of email & Chat experience in Technical support (Hardware/Software).
- Fluency in Written English.
- Knowledge on PC hardware, Windows OS, Wireless and Networking troubleshooting.
- Typing speed minimum 25 words per min.
Should have:
- Should be fluent in communication skills both spoken & written (English).
- Strong problem-solving and client facing skills.
- Technical/Troubleshooting Knowledge.
Good to have:
- Desktop/Laptop Troubleshooting Knowledge.
- Any hardware Certification will be an added advantage.
