• Cognizant is hiring freshers For MIS/Reporting Executive – Hyderabad.

About the Role:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst / MIS Executive to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting client needs, creating reports, presentations and ensuring high-quality reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making.
• You will collaborate closely with the client services team and be expected to deliver data-driven reports within tight timelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers: Students who graduated in 2023, 2024 or 2025 with a three-year full-time degree only are invited to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand reporting requirements by connecting with clients via email, chat, or video calls.
• Predict client needs and suggest improvements to reports, trends and SOPs.
• Organize and prioritize requirements to build clear reports.
• Create and automate reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, or other relevant tools.
• Deliver reports on time as per the agreed schedule.
• Work closely with specialists and account managers to fulfill reporting needs.
• Review and validate reports to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify areas to improve efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.
• Share regular updates with stakeholders and set realistic expectations.
• Notify teams immediately in case of any delays.
