Job Description:

• Cognizant is Hiring Freshers For Voice Role – International Customer Support – Bangalore.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills.
• Graduates (BCom, BBA, BSc, BA) passed out between 2022-2023.
• Should be ready to work in US Shifts(Night)
• Should be ready to Work from Office
• Should have all mandatory documents for BGV proceedings.
• Candidates should have all Semester Marksheet, Consolidate MEMO, Provisional certificate.

Job Responsibilities:

The job role would involve but not limited to:

• Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines.
• Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
• Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research.
• Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
• Adhere to process norms and structure.
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Work with great attention to detail.
• Work in a rapidly changing environment.

• Aadhar Card
• PAN Card
• Voter ID / Passport
• Educational documents such as Provisional, Degree certificate, Consolidated Marksheet, Semester marksheets (1-6)
