Job Description:

• We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Manual Test Engineer (Fresher) to join our QA team.
• This role is ideal for individuals who have a solid understanding of testing concepts and are eager to contribute to the quality of our software products.
• You will work closely with developers, analysts, and senior QA professionals to ensure each release meets our high standards of quality and performance.
• Work Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong understanding of all types of testing concepts including functional, regression, smoke, integration, and UAT.
• In-depth knowledge of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Strong knowledge of programming or scripting language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Exposure to automation tools like Selenium is an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze software requirements and functional specifications.
• Design and execute test cases to validate application functionality.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
• Work collaboratively with development teams to understand system features and implementation.
• Participate in various testing phases including smoke, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Learn and contribute to automation testing efforts as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools in software testing.
