  • Citibank is hiring freshers for Customer Service (Inbound Voice Process).
  • Timing: Rotational Shift/Rotational Weekly off.
  • Work Location: Chennai (Perungudi).

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate from a recognized University.
  • Only Freshers 2020/2021 preferred.
  • Knowledge on banking industry will be an added advantage.
  • Additional preference to candidates who are multilingual.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Only immediate joiners preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure Customer service excellence by

  • Displaying complete ownership to the customers Query/problems.
  • Delivering high quality service to customers.
  • Focusing on adherence to product/process information.
  • Ensuring Nil Customer complaints.
  • Focusing on Nil Defects (100% adherence to product & process).
  • Escalating / Highlighting customer Problem Incidences.
  • Ensuring excellent SLS scores.
  • Capabilities to multi task with different products.
  • Focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Complying with process requirements on both service and sales.
  • Cross Selling products as applicable to inbound customers.
  • Ensuring Process Efficiency by achieving set targets of Call Quality.
